Our delicious hand made guava dumplings have real fruit filling. They have been carefully made, selecting high quality ingredients to satisfy the preferences of our selective customers. They are the perfect complement for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk or ice cream. Always known as a great home chef, Mrs. Herenia de Cruz, opened Pastelería Florence on September 1996 with three employees (All of them still working with us to this date). All of her family recipes were introduced to a dream that eventually would grow to a 8 branch restaurant business... and still growing! The experience acquired in 11 years of work reflects the hard work and team effort that has given Pastelería Florence a strong reputation for its quality products and service.
