Kokomo Tea has a dedicated team of tea tasters who all have years of experience drinking and cupping tea, as well as, certification from the Specialty Tea Institute and other tea institutions. To bring you the finest teas, Kokomo Teas team of tea tasters has developed a process for evaluating tea called The Sensory Selected Process. This process builds off of the foundation of a classic tea cupping. Based on the look, feel, scent and taste of the tea, we have developed a complex weighted formula to evaluate each tea sample. This process of evaluation enables us to ensure we are bringing you the finest teas of the season with the most appeal.
